Elliott has been an educator and credentialed teacher in the state of California for nearly 20 years. He applies his pedagogical framework of reciprocal learning to all projects big and small, and CUF has become a vehicle to truly blend his passions of Food, Community and Education.
Elliott is honored to fill his day with working with his hands and connecting with the diverse communities that make up Los Angeles.
